The Owner Registration form requests the details of the Syndicate or Agent’s bank account. This bank account is used to transfer funds to and from the Syndicate’s HRI Account. To verify your bank account, the agent must submit a copy of the bank statement header confirming the account name, address and IBAN number.
Once registered, the syndicate will have a HRI Owners account opened to facilitate all debits and credits (prize money, entry fees, etc.). The syndicate agent will have access to this account. Access this account online via the RAS System – this is similar to online banking, allowing you to make lodgements, withdrawals and to view statements.
HRI advises all owners to have a written agreement with trainers and if applicable with fellow owners.
As part of your ownership journey HRI also advises all owners to consider an aftercare policy for your horses. Please see here for more information.
